Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in  everyone’s life.   It is my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, and out of consideration for the therapists’ time, I have adopted the following policies:

A 24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
This makes it possible to reschedule your appointment and fill your time slot.
If you are unable to give the minimum 24 hour advance notice and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be responsible for the full amount of the treatment fee.
If you have an emergency or acute illness, the fee will be waived. Please keep in mind, if you have been exposed to an illness and you, yourself are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment. A massage will only exacerbate the symptoms and you may expose the therapist to an illness.

No Shows

An appointment that is missed for whatever reason will be considered a “No Show” and you will be billed for the “missed”  appointment.   Future service will be on hold until payment is made.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time. If you can not make it to your appointment on time, we will begin when you arrive and end the appointment as scheduled.
